TraxMMS Events Manager

Trax has an integrated event manager to assist with the increase or decrease of reservation pricing. When creating an event, there are 2 options, regular event and inclusive event.

• Regular events, will use the "Event Price" in the accommodation's price lists. This is perfect for holidays and one-off events, that need to be charged at a higher rate. This rate is charged only to the nights that fall on the event date(s).
• Inclusive events, allow price override of accommodations, by their categories. Inclusive events, will charge per member, and require the entire event duration to be booked. These type of events are perfect for when all items, such as food, drinks, stay, etc, are included in the price. Nights that are booked before/after the dates will be charged the usual accommodation rate.
